Zhanna Joined the team in 2006, and has had many responsibilities with Adopt A Highway Companies. She has managed billing, collections, Insurance, HR, Payroll Processing, scheduling, contract/permit processing, General Liability and automobile audits.
Since 2017, PJ has been with Adopt the Highway Companies as an A/R and A/P Specialist. In June 2023, PJ assumed the assistant position within the marketing and sales division.
Mary has been with our companies since February 2016, and has overseen the compliance and maintenance of all legal, H/R and payroll policies and procedures for our companies.
Lidia has been with the Adopt the Highway Companies for three years. Originally Lidia specialized in our contracts and labor and compliance division. Moving into our accounting office in December of 2022. Since then, she has been in charge of both our accounts payable and receivables.
Chris Harper/Director of Operations. Since 2003, Chris has coordinated, overseen all work done by crews and ensured everything is done in the safest and most efficient way possible. Chris also ensures that all required state reporting is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Tony started The Adopt The Highway Companies in 1994. At the company’s launch, Tony was a member of our first litter removal crew. In partnership with his father and brothers, the company has grown to become one of the largest litter removal firm in the state of California.
