Key responsibilities

Regional Expansion:
  • Expand the reach of the Adopt A Highway program within the assigned region.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for program expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for regional effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing sponsors and partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other Regional Managers and Management Team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless program implementation.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts utilizing the designated CRM
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in outdoor advertising, environmental programs, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience with the self manage and self motivate.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Education and Certification

  • High School Diploma Required, Associates or Bachelors in Business or related field preferred.
